Fred H. Fritzmeier
By his first wife, Thekla Menzel, William had children Clara, Theodore Otto, and William Herbert. By his second wife, Villa, he had: Robert William, Richard George, Dorothy, John Elvier, and Frederick Horace (known as Fred). The family moved around during Fred’s childhood. By 1930, they were living in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. After two years of
